Delegate Handbook
Crisis notes will be conducted on physical notepads and all crisis/hybrid committees will be using a dual notepad system. Delegates will be provided with two legal pads to use, but are welcome to use their own.
Delegates and advisors may find the Rules of Procedure below. Chairs of ChoMUN XXVI committees may deviate from this parliamentary procedure slightly to allow for the committee to run more smoothly.
COVID-19 Policies
ChoMUN XXVIII will be held in-person April 17th-April 20th, 2025. ChoMUN XXVIII has not chosen at this time to enact conference-wide policies to enforce masking, vaccination requirements, or other explicit safety measures. However, because of ongoing health risks, particularly to the unvaccinated, participants are expected to adopt the risk mitigation measures (masking and social distancing, etc.) appropriate to their vaccination status as advised by public health officials or to their individual vulnerabilities as advised by a medical professional. Public convening may not be safe for all and carries a risk for contracting COVID-19, particularly for those unvaccinated. Participants will not know the vaccination status of others and should follow appropriate risk mitigation measures.
