Hotel Booking for ChoMUN XXVIII is Now Open

For the 28th year in a row, ChoMUN XXVIII is proud to partner with the historic Palmer House Hilton in downtown Chicago. The Palmer House Hilton is one of the world’s premier luxury hotels and routinely hosts Chicago's visiting politicians and dignitaries. At the Palmer House Hilton, you’ll experience lavish ballrooms, grand entrances, and beautiful fixtures. Additionally, the setting of the Palmer House provides you with prime access to the beautiful city of Chicago – exceptional dining, shopping, and architecture, which the Palmer House has been a patron of since its opening. We are confident that you will love your stay!

ChoMUN is proud to offer a special rate of $190/night for a four-person room to all of our conference attendees staying at the Palmer House Hilton. See specific booking instructions, along with the link, below. For any additional questions, contact dda@chomun.org.

Hotel Exclusivity Fee

Any delegation not staying at the Palmer House during ChoMUN XXVIII will be subject to a hotel exclusivity fee of $50 per delegate and/or advisor. Chicagoland schools will not be required to pay this fee if you choose to stay on your own campus for the duration of the conference. Additionally, should the Palmer House Hilton reach capacity, exclusivity fees will also be waived.

How to Book

  1. Click the “Book Here” button on this page

  2. Click the Blue “Make New Reservation” button

  3. Select Thursday, April 17th as the Check-In date and Sunday, April 20th as the Check-Out date.

  4. Select the desired number of rooms (up to three rooms) and the number of people per room (up to four per room)

  5. Follow the instructions to book your rooms for ChoMUN XXVIII

Room Selection: The hotel booking link only allows up to three rooms per reservation. For four or more rooms, make multiple reservations through the link.

Pricing: Rooms are $190/night for a double room with a 4-person capacity. The booking site is not directly managed by ChoMUN, so it may display a different price, but your special rate is guaranteed, regardless of the displayed information.

Reservation Timing: On the booking website, your reservation may appear as “April 17, 2024 - April 19, 2024.” As long as you’ve selected the correct Check-In and Check-Out dates as written above, your reservation will be for the full duration of ChoMUN XXVII from check-in Thursday through Sunday check-out.

Hotel Room Deadline: The deadline to secure a room in the Palmer House at our special discounted rate is April 10, 2025.
